Chris Shiparski

Hi, I'm Chris. After completing a tour in the United States Army, which included the honor of serving as a sentinel at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, I worked at a boutique law firm, where I learned the art of negotiation, an in-depth understanding of contracts, and the importance of performing due diligence.

As a Broker Associate, I also serve on the Venice Area Board of Realtors’ Professional Standards Committee and am dedicated to the preservation of high ethical standards. Most importantly, I love what I do. It's an honor to help!

Betsie Shiparski

Hello, I'm Betsie. I've been a licensed Florida Realtor for over 15 years. I am the marketing coordinator and have an eye (and a love) for the details. I work with sellers to position their homes in a way that will help land the highest bids in the least amount of time.

As a dual Swiss citizen, I speak German, French, and Italian and enjoy the opportunity to assist both national and international buyers and sellers with their sunny Florida homes. For me, it's about the people we work with. I can't wait to meet you!
